The Deep Healing Retreat

A clear path forward — guided by your data.

You’ve likely tried a lot — and what you’re tired of isn’t effort… it’s guesswork.

The Deep Healing Retreat is a premium, medically guided integrative intensive designed to turn your history, symptoms (or diagnosis), and testing into a clear, personalized roadmap — then support you through a structured in-clinic experience so the plan actually gets implemented.

This is built for people who want calm, decisive leadership, sequencing, and a plan they can trust — without hype, without pressure, and without replacing your existing medical team.

Who this is for

This is a fit if you’re saying things like:

“I’m overwhelmed and don’t know what to do first.”

“I want someone to connect the dots from my labs, history, meds, and goals.”

“I’m done with one-off appointments. I want a structured plan and support for executing it.”

“I want integrative care that collaborates alongside my current providers.”

What you’re actually paying for (the real value)

1) Your data becomes a plan (not a pile of results)

Before and during the retreat, we translate the information that matters most — labs, history, current treatments/meds, capacity, goals — into clear priorities and next steps.

2) A curated intensive that makes progress feel possible

Instead of stretching decision-making over months, the retreat compresses the right work into a structured, supportive rhythm — with daily check-ins and real-time adjustments based on how you respond.

3) Safety-first personalization (nothing is “cookie cutter”)

Not every therapy is right for every body — so we screen, pace, and adjust. If something isn’t appropriate, we substitute with an option that preserves the therapeutic intention and overall value.

4) Coordination across roles — one coherent plan

Your retreat is designed and delivered with clear roles, documentation, and sequencing (ND oversight, nurse assessments, NP clearance for IVs/injectables when required, and structured follow-through).

What the Deep Healing Process Looks Like

Pre-retreat: clarity before you arrive

  • Intake + record review

  • Testing coordination (where appropriate) and plan design so we’re not guessing on Day 1

In-clinic intensive: structured care + daily recalibration

  • A typical retreat plan may include a combination of:

  • Daily clinical check-ins (supervision + plan adjustments)

  • Nurse assessments (ex: vitals, body composition/monitoring as appropriate)

  • Metabolic/nutrition structure (often fasting-mimicking style nutrition when clinically appropriate)

  • Therapeutic “detox circuit” style supports (PEMF, red light, BrainTap, vibe plates)

  • Core clinical therapies as indicated (examples can include ozone therapies, sauna, colon hydrotherapy/enemas, IV nutrient therapy, high-dose vitamin C (if G6PD OK), mistletoe support, localized hyperthermia, and more—based on fit and screening)

  • Emotional wellness support sessions

  • Mechanical support where appropriate (chiropractic assessment/adjustments, decompression, laser)

Post-retreat: you don’t leave with “good luck”

You leave with a written plan and clear next steps — including what to continue, what to sequence next, and what to monitor, with follow-up structure based on your case.

Why a retreat (instead of “a few appointments”)?

Because a few disconnected services rarely create a coherent strategy.

A retreat gives you:

  • Speed to clarity (priorities + sequencing)

  • Enough structure to break inertia (you’re guided through the plan)

  • Real-time adjustments based on tolerance, labs, symptoms, and capacity

  • A plan you can actually follow after you leave

What’s typically included (examples)

Your exact retreat plan is personalized, but standard inclusions often draw from a structured package such as:

  • Daily ND supervision and check-ins

  • Nurse assessments (often Day 1 and Day 5 style touchpoints)

  • Ozone therapies (type/frequency based on screening)

  • Sauna sessions

  • Colon hydrotherapy and/or enemas (if appropriate)

  • Detox circuit supports (PEMF, red light, BrainTap, vibe plates)

  • IV therapies (only when cleared and appropriate)

  • Hyperthermia sessions (when indicated)

  • Select mechanical therapies (as appropriate)

Important expectations (so everything stays safe + aligned)

  • No outcome promises. We promise structure, personalization, and clear next steps — guided by your data.

  • Therapies are not guaranteed and may be modified, postponed, or substituted based on your screening and response.

  • Some retreat plans must be adjusted (spacing days out, adding recovery time, swapping nutrition approach, etc.). If timing or services change materially, we discuss it in advance whenever possible.

  • We support and collaborate alongside your existing medical team; we do not replace them.

“How does the price make sense?” (a transparent lens)

If you tried to replicate the retreat a la carte, you’d be paying individually for:

The retreat bundles this into one intensive — built around your case — with the benefit of sequencing, daily recalibration, and substitutions when needed to preserve both safety and value.

  • clinical time and oversight (ND check-ins, nurse assessments, NP screening when required),

  • therapies and materials,

  • food/supplement structure,

  • and the behind-the-scenes coordination that makes it all run smoothly.

The retreat bundles this into one intensive — built around your case — with the benefit of sequencing, daily recalibration, and substitutions when needed to preserve both safety and value.
